So what do you do and/or what do you think about this growing trend?

As for me, I usually wear my tuxedo when in public. Of course, when I go to more casual places, such as theme parks, I wear dark pin-striped suits. For picnics it will be slacks and a blazer with an open neck shirt.

In fact, it's been so chilly this winter that I've been wearing plaid flannel pajamas. And I don't change out of my PJs to drive my daughter to school (because I'm not getting out of the car).

I would never run into the grocery dressed in my PJs. I think PJs should not be for public display.

I don't care for the whole pajama look -- young girls who wear the hooded sweatshirtt and PJ bottoms and UGG boots -- not so much.

No where; I don't own any pajamas.
But, I don't think they should be worn in public. Well, running to the mailbox at the end of the driveway would be ok.

Even when awake, it's amazing how much more comfortable the flight is, even compared to casual street clothing.

Yet, I have a very close friend of mine who just LOVES her Pj's.

She puts them on as soon as she gets home from work and if you call into her house at any time, she has them on, day or night! Usually they are really bright character ones, like the cookie monster or Elmo. lol
She never goes out in public in them, she just likes them to wear at home.

<-- Wears boxers and a wife beater...sometimes just a long T-shirt. I wouldn't go out in public in my "jammies" though. Just around the house or backyard is quite enough.

Funny thing, yesterday afternoon as I was leaving the grocery store 2 teenage girls were entering. They were wearing well worn jammie bottoms in screaming bright prints. I thought, "those girls are wearing jammies to the grocery store." LOL! I used to see it more often, but not so much lately, then again I don't leave the house early or late :)

    There's always weird trends!!
