Anyone got a Plaza Inn Chicken copycat recipe?

    It's probably in the Cooking with Mickey cookbook. I don't know the exact contents, but it has a lot of my favorites from DL and WDW. My mom has it, so I can't really check it right now. I'll see if it's in the parks tonight, and check for the chicken.

    crazycroc, as you wish. I have to agree, Mrs. knotts just doesn't seem the same as it used to. The only problem I've had with the Plaza's chicken is that sometimes it's *really* salty but when it's not, it's really good. The last time we were there, they gave us 4 smaller pieces rather than the 3 huge ones we used to getting. I always had a hard time finishing that 3rd piece.
