Some rides are loud or jerk around a lot so you need to evaluate your baby. Mine never minded but some do. Make use of the baby center at the end of Main Street. Nice quiet rooms for feeding, changing tables, rocking chairs. And the CM's are wonderful. Just don't wear yourselves out. A baby makes things a bit more complicated but at 5 months she will have some memories. Honest! You will love it.

Remember that you can used the baby switch pass anytime during that day. It doesn't have to be right after the others ride So say, you and your boys ride on Thunder while DH and baby take a walk and look at the ducks. You could take off and do Pirates and Splash and Haunted Mansion and then go back and use the baby switch pass for DH and the boys. Same with DCA, she can go in the Animation building, Muppets, Monsters INC, Bugs Land, the Carousel has seats, Playhouse Disney. At 5 months she will be amused by most things and probably conk out in the stroller with no problem. You can take all your baby food, bottles, etc. in with you, even in a cooler. Just be prepared at the check station to haul everything out of the stroller. Have fun! Oh, also have some plans for crowds. Disneyland seems to be busier than "normal" lately. We find that with a plan in mind of what we "have" to do we are never overwhelmed or sorry we went. Let the boys take some control in the decision making and if it's NOT busy they'll get to do more than planned

I think others have mentioned that there is another ride or 2 where the child has to be awake/sitting up to ride. (yes I know they are attractions and not rides but ride is shorter to type out
