Riverbelle will be closing down for refurb sometime this year (someone else here will know the date) so you would probably have to choose a new place anyway in June for your breakfast. I love the Carnation cafe on MS. You can check out their menu ahead of time and you can make priority seating times ahead of time too.

It's more of a neccessity with the remodel of the Terrace. They'd be smart to relocate the menu elsewhere, or at least incorporate it into the newly designed Terrace.
