Those who buy a package and don't use the vouchers will sometimes offer them to fellow LPer's or sell them on ebay. That is the only way you will get a voucher without buying a DL package. As far as I am concerned it is not worth the trouble. If you want character interaction go to a character meal or find out what time the characters will be in certain spots and be there at that time.
