Never been to Hoop De Doo? How is the show?
We always do the dining plan and since we get in late on our first day we will have an extra table service so I want to do a 2 table service meal.
I have never done Spirit of Aloha either.
    Which one is better?

If you have kids along, go with the Hoop... they will enjoy it more and it has a kid-friendly menu. To me, fried chicken, BBQ ribs, baked beans and corn on the cob is something you can get in ANYWHERE USA... not what I go to WDW for. But the kids will like it.

Spirit of Aloha feels more sophisticated and elegant -- more adult and romantic. Most youngsters under 13 are probably going to get bored.
