I decided a mocha and a cinnamon twist from Blue Ribbon bakery was as good a breakfast as I wanted to take time for. Headed to Adventureland and down the hill to Splash, walked right on and got the front and got totally soaked. As we were waiting to deboard the ladies behind me were commenting as how they didn't even get wet and I told her I was so happy that I was able to block her from the water. No one else was in line so the cm asked would we like to go around again...what the heck, I'm already soaked. Next I went on Pooh and headed up to HM...which was a walk on. By the time I came out of HM I was already dry (keep it to yourself LS). So, I walked over to pirate and got right on. Indy was next and I waited maybe 15 minutes. Than I did jungle cruise and Tiki room. Took a break for lunch-Bengal bbq-a beef skewer and a bacon wrapped asperagus skewer (I don't even like asperagus, just proves the theory that anything wrapped in bacon is edible). Then I went into Frontierland and found that I had just missed a Billy show so I went over and rode BTM-almost a walk-on. I took the BTM trail to Fantasyland (totally a zoo that time of day) checked out the shops and then walked to Tomorrowland and decided my feet were a wee bit sore so I hopped the monorail and went 'round a couple times...and then went to see EO..loved it! I started feeling a little peakish so I thought, 'I've never been in this PizzaPort Place..." I got a piece of pepperoni pizza...blech...possible the worst pizza I've ever tasted. Onto the train and around a few times off in NOS and onto Splash again and HM and pirates. TO BE CONTINUED.....

It was one of the most annoying things I've ever witnessed at Dland. I've been slammed by people's backpacks, had my ankles bruised by strollers, had people cut in line in front me, but this was just the rudest thing I have ever encountered. Or maybe it was just because I was really tired by then...but as someone who's been through POTC about a billion times I was wondering how the people in the front two rows who may have not been 'regulars' and for whom this may have been a first time or at least a 'special' family outing felt about it. My question is...Does this make me a b!#ch? And if not, what is it that makes me like this? At about this time it had clouded up and gotten really cold and windy, so I decided a hot cocoa was in order...and if you're at the window you might as well get the fritters too. And that sauce that comes with the fritters...what is that stuff? And where can I get jar of it? Getting colder by the minute, I decided it was time to head down Main Street, pick up a couple of pressies and some of those heavenly Mickey patties for a friend at work. Waved goodbye to Mary Poppins, Bert and Mickey took the tram to the parking lot and headed into the sunset...well actually the sunset was on my right side...well, I'm sure it was, but the clouds were in the way...anyway that's how my day went...

You can, if you want, let the CM at unload know what happened, and you will almost always get put right back on for another ride thru.

I just have to say that the pizza was terrible, I took two bites then picked off the pepperoni and peeled some of the crispy part of the crust and threw the rest away... And I forgot to mention what I consider the best snack buy in the park...the Chip & Dale Snack Company Mickey pretzels...a 15oz bag for 2.95. I suppose the idea is 'feed em pretzels and beveridge sales will go up'.

Your trip report was great and despite the tools on POTC,it sounds like you had a great time. I love going solo like that for all the same reasons. Easy to get on rides and do your own thing when you want to. I can't wait until you get back out this way so we can meet up again. We're going to have to grab 99 along with us next time! ;-) Ohh yeah..Good Times..Good Times!
