And really, even with a satellite feed, how much earlier are the shows going to be? 1 A.M. instead of 3? Ridiculous. The great Disney classics are just as fun for kids today as there back when they first aired. They should move Vault Disney into the afternoon and I suspect what's old will be new again and many folks will watch.

I have always wondered if Disney would get smart enough to bank on the nostalgia of baby boomers [tell me VH-1 and Classic VH-1 aren't that] and just start a Vault Disney Channel. Probably end up with ratings just as good as their other channels but with a demographic that can actually afford some nice products. Of course with the schlock Disney puts on ABC and other places, that would be too obvious.

Then again Disney already owns about 5 channels; could they even afford another one?

Aahhh ... The wonderfully dilluted world of current Disney ...

I venture to say that a well marketed Vault Disney Channel could make it and do it lucratively as Nick, and others are doing it. Nostalgia sells and no one did classic movies and television like Walt. I venture to say that if I sat down in front of a tv and watched everything that Walt did when he was alive, I'd be dead before I saw it all. Give me back my Zorro and Walt Disney Presents....
