To the Most Delicious Churro, from which we enjoy most wondrous taste delights, We give thanks. A question has arisen among Our faithful and loyal Subjects as to certain questions relative to the addition of various flavors or dipping sauces to the Most Sweet Churro. This is a question of great import as the Churro has evolved over time. In its original form was served freshly deep fried and rolled in a sublime cinnamon-sugar mixture and served with hot chocolate. As the need for the joy of the Churro spread throughout the world, it became necessary to mass produce this most delictible snack and make it availale in a frozen form for reheating before consumption. While We Ourself have not had the pleasure of the Churro in its original form, We have sampled the Churro in many venues. While no venue is so magiical as Disneyland, We find that the Churro is delicious in almost any location. Back in the early 2000's, Disneyland was serving the Most Holy Churro with various flavors of sugar. There was apple-cinnamon, strawberry and, of course, classic cinnamon. We were most fond of the apple-cinnamon flavor. Later, Disneyland eliminated the flavored Churro and started selling dipping sauces. We did not avail Ourself the opportunity to purchase an additional dipping sauce, but We were not amused that Disney was *selling* additional flavors to add to the already sublime and perfected taste that is the Most Holy Churro. We must, therefore, under Our Churrostolic Authority, for a perpetual memory, declare and define, the following: 1. If anyone says that Churros may, without sacrelige to the Most Holy Churro purchase a dipping sauce and dip a Churro in that same sauce, let him be anathema. 2. If anyone says that a Churro may not be rolled in any mixture other than cinnamon and sugar, let him be anathema. We hereby affix Our signature with the Blessing of St. Pixie and the Most Holy Churro itself. Given at St. Pixie's on this, the 8th day of March, 2008, the seventh year of Our Pontificate and the sixth year of Our Imperial Reign. Disneyland's churros are different, and perfect the way they are. (Although I did like the apple cinnamon kind)
