I wonder on what basis this statement can be made with such confidance while at the same time being so wrong? All one has to do is look at the back side of the awnings and look for the fibe-optic blocks that were disguised as trimming to notice that they have been removed. There may be remain "some" lighting that was not easily removed, but that would be the exception. All the extensive rehab for the 50th probably got most of the lighting removed.
