I know this is beating a dead horse, but if WDW had been smart it would have started construction on an E-ticket attraction 2 years ago that would have set them up to be able to promote their 40th and a great new attraction. It gives them justification for spending the money. Plus this year would have been great for Disney because of the addition of Harry Potter at IOA. A family could say...lets go to Orlando. We can see Harry Potter and that new thing at Disney.
