Mark VII Pilot, Welcome to LP, it's great have you with us. Tinkeroon and the Incomparable Lady Starlight are both right, LP feels much more family than community and we're happy to have you here. Welcome to the family!

We sat up in the front of the monorail with the pilot and as we were just comming twards the matterhorn there were ducks inthe way, well the pilot slowed way down and was honking the horn for the ducks to move and he tried to come to a stop befor hittin any of them( there were 3 ducks on the rail)and two of them did move, but the 3rd one went *thud* off to the side of the front of the nose of the monorail. Well under it went and we came to a halt. The monorail's emergency system( or whatever they callit) shut it down. The poor pilot felt so bad and had done everything he could have to avoid the ducks, but there was nothing he could have done. He was appologizing profusely to us, but we reassured him it was alright and that these things just happen. Like flying in an airplane and hitting a bird, it happends. But he still felt bad. Anyways thats it in a nut shell.

I've heard quite a few duck stories. Lady Starlight, I thought it might have been when we were there.
