Had to look at your pics cause I was curious about the flowers you mentioned. Nice to know you took the time to stop and smell the roses as they say.
I am thinking I need to enjoy the tea servixe at the Grand since you experienced it and enjoyed it. I know this is sacrilege since my entire family is English but I have never liked the taste of tea but relaxing in style sounds perfectly perfect.

One of my favorite things in WDW (and everywhere actually) is taking pictures and I am always looking for the small details that everyone sees but nobody ever notices. The flowers were hanging on to life by a thread (and Disney Horticulture) in that terrible weather, so I wanted to capture some of it.

It is a challenge to photograph WDW after the thousands of pictures I have taken over the years - and that challenge is what makes it fun. :)

(You can see more of my photos - not all WDW - at http://imagegatherer.wordpress.com/ )

I have to think that you would enjoy the tea at the Grand Floridian. It's not necessarily about the tea itself (I had a lychee tea) but about sitting, relaxing, and slowing down for a bit during a hectic day at WDW. We planned it for a Magic Kingdom day for obvious - transportation - convenience.

Plus, while we were enjoying our tea, we were able to also listen to Carol Stein at the Grand Floridian piano. What could be better?
