In one way the Muppets need to be modern in a way that Mickey et al aren't, but they also need to retain their niavety. When they become too knowing the whole things seems false and crumbles. They have to keep their heart and their innocence. I do believe that Disney are starting to find a way to do that. Can we get one of those boutiques in Hamleys? I want to make a Muppet! I also want all of the Muppet specials on UK TV if anyone's listening. The Muppets have always played well here and will continue to do so, so I ask Disney to remember which country it was that produced The Muppet Show when they're planning their strategies!!!
