I'm all for taking out the golden sun thingy and that area has some potential that needs to met. Are they going to have particular theme? (ie Main Street USA at DL) Does it even have one now?

They would be quite appropriate too. It would be a shame to lose them entirely - the tile work really is nice, and in a more appropriate setting they could be beautiful.

I think they should rebuild the hub area (with the rumored new cable cars transport system and new Golden Dreans theater) to be a San Francisco area. The current SF bathrooms and vacant building could become part of an expanded Grizzly Peak area during a later place making phase. I would want to see the Palace of Fine Arts moved/rebuilt in this area as well. I like that building too.

I've always hated how the Imagineers removed most of the detail from the their version of the Palace of Fine Arts Rotunda. The whole Bay Area section is DCA's weakest and least realized in my opinion. But I digress. It certainly doesn't help Golden Dreams that DCA has an over abundance of theater attractions. Nevertheless, I do think that housing the attraction in a well designed iconic structure at the entrance would help make it more of a draw.

The film as it is, is mundane (meaning you can see similar productions any time you care to turn on your TV). Putting something so ordinary and everyday in a theme park's iconic structure will make a statement about the park, one that I don't think will reflect positively.
