However, when I had my Silver Passport for Sea World (free parking) on my e-ticket, I had to pay, and then get my passport, then go to guest relations to get my refund. So if Disney views the e-tickets the same as they do regular media, then it shouldn't be a problem. BUT, if they do make you pay, they should be able to refund you the parking fee when you get your passport processed. Just take in your parking ticket with the amount on it.
