At DCA, there are a few rides with it. Grizzly River Run offers it during busy times, grab a Single Rider Pass at the FASTPASS return and then go thru the exit, staying to the right when you get to the loading area and wait for the CM when you get to the front of the line. California Screamin', ask for a Single Rider pass at the Stand By entrance, if the CM is not out, then it isn't busy enough. Take the pass up the main ramp going uphill towards Ariel's Grotto and Catch A Flave. On the right is a special wheelchair exit for Screamin. Enter there, and head to the loading platform. A Single Rider sign should be posted, and just get in line and wait for the CM instructions. Maliboomer has a special entrance, though it seems it is never used anymore due to short waits. It is located to the left of the Main entrance. Use it if the gate is open. Mulholland Madness, go to the FASTPASS return and tell the CM that you want to be a single rider, they will open a gate for you to enter the loading platform area. The last one is Soarin', though many folks think that FASTPASS is a better option (faster most of the time). If you want to use it, go to the FASTPASS return entrance and ask for the Single Rider pass. You will go thru the FASTPASS queue, and then directed to a special side queue.

DCA does not offer that many FP attractions, and there wait seem to be very short, heck last Sunday, Screamin' and ToT were walk ons and FP's didn't make a difference.
