Obviously it has the unique ride system and special effects to back it up, but when I think of the best Disney attractions, I think of huge scenes loaded with detail (like the Haunted Mansion graveyard, riverboat in Splash Mountain, or main room on Indiana Jones). The smaller, more charming, attractions are definitely a part of the Disney experience (part of the reason I think people had issues with EPCOT Center early on), but they are seldom the must-do's That said, Hunny Hunt is also on a smaller scale and has been consistently ranked at the top since it opened, so it is entirely possible that it really is *that* good.

Aside from the terrific musical score and the singing busts, the finale scene is a big let down after the amazing effects wizardry that precedes it.

What do I notice from this? Although I'd say Epcot is one of my 3 favorite parks (after Anaheim, but tied with TDS), no Epcot rides make the list. Also, except for Mystic Manor, all of them definitely share a sense of scale. Peter Pan beats any other small dark ride because of those 2 opening scenes, even now that I'm grown and I know where the walls are.
