We've used it with great success in Florida. It rolls up nicely while still on the stroller , so when it stops raining you dont' have to take it all the way off.

We bought new ones a couple of years ago and the quality was poor and the price silly! Buy them elsewhere! I got my stroller cover from babies r us too.
