I frequent WDW and don't have any problems there so I suspect I'll be OK, but would just like some feedback from any fellow people of size.
    Thanks in advance!

Someone had suggested sitting in one seat and putting his feet in the other side (to deal with the leg room issue). So, he got into the car alone in his row, and did this, and buckled up. The CM was horrendously rude, told him he couldn't do it. Made him get OUT of the car, with everyone watching. I was astonished to hear this had happened, since, frankly, I don't think I have EVER had an experience of a CM being rude at all, let alone this bad. I'm afraid he won't set foot on that ride ever again after that experience.

Hopefully there is more leg room in the new cars...

One thing to remember with Mulholland and Thunder Mtn, to name a couple, the rides with lap bars: don't ride it beside a child or small person, as the bar will be up at your height, leaving a big gap over their laps.

The ride that freaks me out is Big Thunder Mountain. A lot of riders like to raise their hands up high as they go through the caverns, but I'm half-convinced that if I did that I'd break my arm on the "rocks" above. Then again, I'm probably just being paranoid and the ceiling probably isn't as low or as hard as it looks.

Is there any more leg room in Space now? My hubby is 6'5", and his legs just don't crumple up well, LOL!

At USH no problem with anything, but we went before the Mummy opened.
