The food available in the Concierge Lounge wasn't all that great and there wasn't that much of it. People queued ahead of time to get first crack at it. Who wants to stand in line for an upgrade? I also didn't like the whole attitude of the place. You had a bunch of people that in my opinion had little class who suddenly felt that they were ALL THAT because they were on the concierge floor. After all, you needed a special key-card to even access it. I was less than impressed.

The extra food.... we had breakfast with them one morning and the dining area was smallinsh. They had hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and cereals including oatmeal. My cousins didn't eat lunches or dinners there that I know of so no money savings on that. Truthfully after spending a little time there I actually preferred the moderate resorts I've stayed in, but Stormalong Bay looked pretty amazing.

And last Xmas at DL Paradise Pier the concierge at desk kinda snooty and always acting too busy with something " important' on the computer screen. They finally let us know "they were front desk cast members not food hospitality" but they would begrudgingly get up to get a small bottle of water ,limited, and kept in the back room. For the price= Ripoff I sincerely hope it has improved with price increasing...

It is a supplement to regular dining at best... nothing more.
