The elevator shaft takes up part of the space in the room so the room is smaller and you can't fit two doubles or queen beds in there. The room was on the back side facing the freeway. I was ready to ask to move because of noise from the freeway and elevator mechanics and the people going to and from but it was fine.

We didn't have the elevator issue, and there wasn't a ton of space, just a bigger bed. The balcony was odd too, there were 2 doors to get outside and they both seemed really narrow. Other than that, typical room. )

The funny thing is, I originally had a 2QQ room in Building 2, but there is a Vietnamese family that had never been to DL that decided at the last flippin' minute to try to go the exact same time as me. So I gave up my room and took the king room, just so they would have a place to stay. They have never been on vacation before, never stayed in a hotel, nothing. The dad was really scared to stay far away from DL, so I figured at least we would be in the same area if they needed help. They don't speak english very well, but I think they will be okay, they are so excited. I'll let you guys know what happens, maybe for once I will actually do a Christmas at DL trip report!!!
