For one thing, it is much more pleasant as a guest to be waited upon and served rather than wait in yet another line for food. Another plus is that it provides foods CM's with high paying positions. That should help with CM retention and staff shortages. Hopefully more locations will also become table service. Oh yeah. Wine would also be nice.
