We had a car and drove to MK then had to take a tram and then monorail to Ohana. We were going to go to MK after breakfast so we just parked the car there. We got to Ohana at 10:30 and they didn't seat us till 11:30. They said our pager was broken. The severs there were so grumpy. I had not experienced grumpy workers at DW. I asked for ketchup and when the server brought it to me he slammed it on the table and didn't say anything. They would come by and refill our drinks but wouldn't say anything. At one point they handed all the kids morracas and when they came to get them back they just yanked it out of my 3 year old grandson's hand. Needless to say they didn't get a very good tip. The characters were good though. Food was good too. We got to MK at 12:30 and it was miserably hot! And the park was packed! We went and got fast passes for splash mountain and then went to see the new fantasty land. Getting there was not easy through the crowds. We decided to head to Typhoon Lagoon it was just miserable in the heat and crowds. But when we got to the parking lot after the monorail it started pouring! We took cover for a little while and then ran for the tram. We did have our poncho's though. We got on the tram and when the tram turned water just poured out. Not on us though. So we went back to our resort and we all fell asleep. When we woke up we decided to go golfing at Fantasia Gardens. It had stopped raining but they would not let us golf because of the weather. So we went over to the playground at the Dolphin hotel. My grandson liked that and my son was laying in the hammock there. We went back to see if we could golf yet and we could but only did half the course since we had to get to 1900 Park Fare for dinner. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food was good and the servers friendly like they should be. The characters were very entertaining! Cinderella danced with my grandson and gave him a kiss! This made my day! We went back to MK and rode the little mermaid and Peter pan. then went back to our resort.
