They are saying Brisbane CBD is flooding, I can't imagine that here in Sydney, it would be horrendous and chaos!

Up Cairns way it floods really easily but down closer to Brisbane not too often, nothing like what we are going through has happened since 1974

My other sister and her partner were meant to be going back home (interstate) in 2 days but instead decided to leave today because they were worried they wouldn't make it home - but after getting to the airport (6 hours before their flight, to be on the safe side) all flights were grounded, so they might be sleeping in the airport for a while anyway :( Hope you and Tand are okay, Fowley. Sounds horrible!

The worse water is to come tonight so I highly doubt I will make work tomorrow either :S, can all those who read this send positive thoughts for all Queenslanders affected by the flooding, thanks
