You also get to use a computer for free. There is a TV in there as well. We did it once and although it was pricey, we enjoyed it a lot! Not sure if you can get it if you aren't paying for the room. You would have to call the hotel and find out.

Originally Posted By debtee We statyed at the GCH last Christmas will new year this year and alos had concierge and it was great! The price must have gone up a bit as we didn't pay that much. For four adults and a child we really used the lounge and all the food and drinks and thought it well worth the extra money for comfort and convenience and an added piece of magic!
