The execs personal e-mails usually include their middle names and sometimes intials and whatnot. Depending on what you're sending it will get routed to someone else. But yes, that's the general format of addresses.

In any case, sending an e-mail to an executive using their first and last name will only go to their office and not directly to the person.

I know Disney has housing for the college and international programs but I dont think they offer housing to regular CM's.

Disney does not provide housing to "non college" cast but there are housing options available either near the MK cast lot or via Lynx bus as you mentioned that transportation would need to be available.
