Once you do that, then they tell you to come back, say 15 minutes before the show starts and it will be at that time you will be seated. Now we were the 7th person to "check in" so that meant 6 people, plus how many ever were in there group got seated before us. So my advice to you is to go a little earlier and just see if the cast members have it set up. If they do...ask if you can check in then. In this case, the early bird catches the worm. Once you've checked in, you can take off but I wouldn't go far. Once they start seating, they will call your name in the order you checked in...if your not there, they might go to the next person or even cancel you all together for standby's. Hope that helps you! The CM I reserved through said we should pick up our tickets at "Guest Services". Anyone know where this is? Do we need to pick up our tickets the day of the show or can we pick them up a day or two ahead? I know I should have asked the CM these things, but I just didn't think of all my questions in time. We went over to ask about it when we saw that they were staring to set up aprox. 2 hours before the show and the lady in charge said come back 1 hour prior to the show and they will mark your tickets with numbers on who came first. We got there 1 1/2 hours prior and we were # 2 so I sugguest to go early and she had made a mistake and gave 2 people # 1 so we ended up being # 3 but it was still ok. We sat in the front row and right in the middle. It was a great show and we got to stay there for the fire works and still eat our deserts. I was expecting more out of the deserts also but they were good. They were cookies of all different sorts and very yummy but no cakes. We had a really good time and would do it again but would really like to do the balcony. We were told by another couple that was in line with us that if your whole group is not there and ready that they will pass you and you go to the bottom of the list but I am not sure if that is true or not beause we are always everywhere to early. They asked for my confirmation number and visa card that I had charged it on. I think that they also asked for my drivers license. Have fun!
