As far as anybody can tell, that means that anything on the 'inside' of the to-be-constructed castle wall (basically everything west of Snow White/Village Haus) will remain as is. Perhaps in some ambiguous Phase 2 they might redo the rest of the facades, but since they're still having trouble deciding what Phase 1 is, halway through construction, I'm not counting on it.

But at least with the new addition of the castle wall, it will help make the old area of Fantasyland more obviously part of the castle grounds - with the newer areas out in the "woods" beyond. I guess that's why they spruced up Pooh's queue area and tried to hide the "castle" structures - helps make it look more "out in the woods", I guess.

But the could use the planters currently overgrown to a greater and larger effect.
