(need for an admission ticket to use the prize).

The system Disney uses is a computer, that randomly picks a place and a time, and then the next person, or for most prizes, a "batch", such as the next 50 folks that walk past a certain line, or exiting an attraction get a prize. For the major prizes, it is something like sitting on the left side of the #27 vehicle on Peter Pan after a specific time. There is no "bias", just a lucky person that the computer chose. Buttons, smiles, etc. have NO bearing on the giveaway.
