If single, would you consider Craigslist?

    It scares me that you are looking at the whole general public when you go there.

    I didn't even know craigslist had a personals section until last year when a guy here locally was convicted of raping women who would answer his ads. That's enough for me to stay far, far away!

One reponse I got that wanted to by the fridge was a scam that has driven me nuts with spam emails now. And some of the ads I'm looking at for a kitchen table are just...ugh, nice picture of a broke down nasty table sitting in a dirt lot that you're trying to sell for $200 as "like new". It's a free, easy way to try and make a buck or get rid of stuff quick, same thing in their personal ads. Gross.

    I wouldn't use craigslist to hookup but it is fun to read some of the ads. However, I think it's like meeting someone you or a friend don't know anywhere else. After all you can find creeps at bars, libraries, malls, coffee houses, etc. You have to cautious.
