Ratatouille (the dish) in Disneyland Resort?

    I've never seen it. The dish featured in the movie is Chef Thomas Keller's recipe. I saw it once and remember it being extremely technical—no way Disney could pull it off in large quantities. Traditional ratatouille is a vegetable stew, and I think a lot of guests who saw the movie would be surprised or disappointed. Maybe that's why they don't serve it. Or maybe it just never crossed their mind.

    Very likely. And note that if you call it by a French name, it's always going to sound fancier than it actually is. Even if (to paraphrase an old Steve Martin bit) it involves covering a shoe with cheese, and shoving it down your throat.
