    You redeem the voucher at DLR at any of the ticket booths. We saved a pretty penny last October by buying from ten instead of from DLR directly (about $40 per person IIRC)

    If you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel, they can redeem your vouchers at the front desk for you. That way you can still take the monorail or not have to wait in the ticket line on your first morning. We have also used the before with no trouble.

    Get-Away can only offer standard rooms. It is possible to request, and receive an upgrade when you check in but it isn't something you will be able to pay more for ahead of time. Still wouldn't hurt to call the hotel and ask them to note a request on your reservation. You still can use vacation planning and they are so wonderful! To be honest, this is the only reason we haven't used get-away more often, because I like to book suites and they can't offer them, other than than I think their package is one of the best.
