They were told to me by cast members, or I personally observed them. (Except the last item!) The Opera House will carry the First Fifty Magical Years exhibit through January of next year. It is expected that Mr. Lincoln will return, since he is still patiently waiting behind the movie screen. The Disneyland 50th Birthday guided tour will end the last day of September. Jingles the lead horse on the Caroussel is still missing. Cast members affirm that Jingles' original color scheme is being restored. (Jingles was golden for the birthday.) The Disney's California Adventure Food and Wine Festival will return in 2007. The producer was on his way over to discuss some of the plans when we spoke on Main Street. Boardwalk Betsy's Strips, Chips and Dips on Paradise Pier will be closing. The menu there (chicken strips, fries and so on) will be served at the Farmer's Market. (I assume that Betsy's is closing to make way for the "mystery" attraction that is coming to the Pier.) One odd sight at the Monorail construction: a crew was all along the People Mover track, cleaning, polishing, and touch up painting. It even looked like there were minor repairs being made, but I cannot swear to that. Can't say much about this (maybe it is old news!), but fans of "High School Musical" will have something to cheer about at Disney's California Adventure.
