The area is WELL policed, as neither Disneyland nor Anaheim could afford to have the area be thought to be unsafe. As far as the hotel goes, have you checked tripadvisor.com? They have reviews on almost any property in Anaheim. I would assume the place is okay as it is not very old..maybe 5-6 years old BUT I know of no one who has stayed there.

I think the price and other minor things turned us away, but all in all it looked pretty nice. The lobby was much nicer and bigger, but nowhere to eat except for a Thai Bistro I think it was.
