Now all the sundaes are fixed in terms of flavors and toppings, making it more efficient for the CMs and for ordering supply inventory. We asked if they had received any complaints about this. The CM responded "oh, yes." I'm sure that's why Walt built his park - he was all about maximizing efficiency for ordering ice cream supply inventory. Guests? What guests?

I've seen this when the line has 3 switchbacks, and is either practically out the door or into the Penny Arcade. Sure, the two people might have to reach across the other occasionally, but I think it would really help the overall efficiency of the place, and relieve a lot of stress on whoever has to be scooping at that moment.
