There was Coal Black and De Sebben Dwarves which is very funny but is rather cringe inducing at times. Yes it's a parody of Snow White. But the worst offender is a cartoon called Scrub Me Mamma With A Boogie Beat. It was produced by Walter Lantz of Woody Woodpecker fame. I'll mention the good about this short, it's got some great music in it. The bad well just about everything else. Take every bad stereotype you've heard about black people and it's in there. After watching that cartoon, Disney should be glad that's not in their vault.

And now that Disney has been so firm about not letting it out, everybody is beginning to think that it really is bad (like how they finished the DL HM facade 6 years before the attraction opened, and people thought it really was haunted). Now, if Disney ever decides to release it, they will be getting all sorts of negative publicity, mostly from people who haven't even seen the film to see what the fuss is all about. If Disney just admitted to making it, and put it out there for everybody to see, I'm sure a lot of people would really see that it isn't nearly as some bad as people say it is.

That's just what I've read, in many different places. Even if it's not ture, it makes for a good story!

Does anybody know how long it usually takes to restore and release the older features like this? I would guess it will probably be at least 2-3 years before we would see it on shelves, but this is very good news!

But if Obama is the Democrats' nominee, I doubt it's gonna happen. 'Twas just a theory anyway, not based on any inside knowledge. If any home video execs are reading this (and I KNOW you are, or at least your assistant's assistants), might I suggest that sooner rather than later would be a swell time to announce this release? Like, REAL soon? Like, this week maybe? If Obama's in the White House, DVDs will be long gone before you ever get another chance to release it without the roof caving in. Not trying to rush you or anything, but, uh, tick tock.

Perhaps we can get Brittany to do something silly like shaving her head again to cause an adequate distraction. I'm sure she'd be willing to take one for the team, since she's already done it so many times without a decent reason.
