Upgrade Costco Passes to AP

    On top of that, how do upgrades work? Do they apply the full purchase price to the AP or is it the value of the unused portion only?

    If you're referring to a City Pass, $159 of the price goes towards your AP. Since the SoCal AP costs less than that, so it isn't available for upgrading.
