We did it our last trip and it was a lot of fun. We got to become an Honorary Citizen. Our 9 year old DS loved it. We got to go on the rides in toontown and meet all the characters It was very cool. I think that they only do it a few days a week like Tues, Thur, Sat but I am not for sure on that.
Originally Posted By hlbtimes2 Toon town normally opens one hour after the park. So, if you have toon town morning madness passes you'll use them at park opening (one hour before other guests). It is held the same days as regular EE. You can do both morning madness and EE on the same day if you want. If you dont do EE, get to the park at least a little early and go straight back to toon town.
