I have foot problems in my right foot with plantar facitis ( idont even know how to psell it) but these shoes helped me like crazy. My foot doesn't even hurt anymore and I'm getting a pretty good subtle work out with them.

    Those hurt, don't they?!
If you haven't already, go to a podiatrist. He/She can give you a shot every four months. Sometimes it works; sometimes not. It's hit or miss with me. Good luck with that.

I've used various pads for the ball of my foot. But, some shoes I just can't wear when it hurts a lot. When I get my shot, the Dr. seems to miss the mark and I leave feeling the same as when I went in. And yes, sad feet can ruin a perfectly good day.
