If your neighbors aren't paying their mortgages or condo fees, it's not likely the property is going to be able to maintain itself for the long haul. The hidden costs of this transaction are probably worth looking into.

Disney sold it off because they could not cope with the problems as they attempted to make it fit in with Walts EPCOT plans. When building, construction was so bad, some of the condos were torn down and rebuilt before anyone even moved in. Better look up the history before diving into this one. ID
