Folks have come up with vouchers from free Annual Passes that have someone's name on them. The ticket seller asks for ID, and the person looks at them in that "What the Heck?" expression. They then say they aren't the person whose name is listed on the voucher. The ticket seller then says we have to keep the voucher (it is considered void since it was improbably used. The guest also said that they bought the tickets from eBay and need to get the vouchers back. This has happened multiple times, what Universal does do is to make a copy of the voucher for the guest, and gives them a business card. These guests claim that the seller assured them that using the voucher with someone else's name is no problem. Disney does track eBay sells, and if they find out about the actual ticket, they will void the ticket in the system, so the guest who purchases it is not allowed in. They also track some tickets, and will check to make sure that the same person is using all the days on the ParkHopper. I have heard CM's at the turnstiles ask questions like, what day was the day of first us of the multi-day ParkHopper, the other days, which park did you enter first on those days, where did you originally buy the ticket from, etc.... I personally would avoid any tickets on eBay. Heck, there are plenty of discounts at places like Disneyland.com, MouseSavers.com and GetAwayToday.com that you can get, and have no worries about not being allowed into the park.

Or a travel wholesaler. What I would watch out for are partially used tickets. I would not buy one for ANY reason. And, the catch is, its hard to know to exactly what you are getting.
