As far as I know, I don't think I've ever seen or heard of anywhere that charges more than 'face value' for stamps. Interesting that they're able to get away with it at Universal. I wonder if it's just one of those things that most other places don't add a charge as a courtesy or something. It seems like if people could make a profit on them, they would have started doing it a while ago.
