I guess calling it a "bap" instead of a "bun" makes it sound more exotic.

What I want to know is: how do the Japanese stay so thin? (Yeah, I know, its a publicity stunt)

NBC affiliate in Miami (world HQ for BK) just had a 30-second spot on it and I was pretty surprised to hear it was available only in Japan.

It just sounds gross. Of course, I find most BK food to be (Yes, I did have two chicken snackwraps at McD's today!)

Kind of like how McD's has "Samurai burgers" that are only sold in Hong Kong. Marketing 101: slap a foreign, exotic-sounding name on something, and people want it more.
