I hate to whine like the lady in the OC article, but it would be silly for my AP to expire a day later than the rest of my family AND have to deal with crowds. So other thoughts...go the week after Thanksgiving to enjoy the Christmas decorations. Does anyone know when Candlelight will be this year? Really our goals (since we are homeschooling our daughter) are 1) to go for a week to 10 days when Disneyland will be very quiet and 2) use the entertainment rate at HoJos. Any thoughts for September - November? Thanks!

So all the AP's would expire on the same date. Nothing official, but based on past years, Candlelight will be offered December 5th and 6th. (Basically 9 days after Thanksgiving, aka the weekend after Thanksgiving weekend). The days after Labor Day (Sept 7th) are the slowest days of the year currently, no big specials, and almost everyone is in school, as school has just started, and nobody has start breaks yet. I think both are good choices.
