To be fair, wasnt HISTA pretty popular the first few years of operation. I remember going the first few years and there use to actually be lines lol. Not LONG lines, but lines.

I just think it outstayed its welcome. Like most of these 3D films, it shouldve had a five year run at best and then put something else in there.

And for the record, I'm liking EO, and can't wait to see it again on my next visit. But 6 months or so - that should be all for EO, IMO.

They don't last. They don't hold up well. And they don't get replaced.

That said, at least DL only had ONE film in the entire park, so it wasnt too bad. When DCA opened that place had 5 freaking films, FIVE!! And they wondered why its suffering now ;).

Luckily only two are still there, which is a much better balance.

Except EPCOT only had two. And still does.

And both held up very well for years ... although one Spirit might say the 'new' versions are both lesser ones.

The new Canada film reeks of cheapness (not to mention the same smugness of attractions like Tiki Room Under New Management ... I don't think it's amusing that SSE is called a golf ball by Marty Short or that he has a Fastpass for Soarin) ... memo to Disney: Circlevision 360 doesn't mean you show the same image on nine screens.

well what i meant was, thats all there was in regards to attractions for world showcase (minus USA of course) that was it, 2 circlevision movies. coulda used more imagination and less repitition, similar to DCA opening with tired 3d movies already old like muppets and bugs life

And those other films without 3D were dull as sin after ONE viewing lol, so that explains why its only the 3D films thats left now.
