The plus is that the 18th would probably have extended hours. The minus is absolute crowds and higher prices for hotel rooms. I believe the 19th should be OK and the 20-21 should be good. They will be weeknights though with shorter operating hours. Not sure about Fantasmic. Are the Feb hours up on the Disney site yet? Have fun planning

Summer you will have long hours, possible heat, but July is usually pretty good and more crowds. Remember that the 4th of July is a huge holiday down here. I don't know about the crowds other days of that week. Whenever you go, you'll have fun. If there are crowds expected, with some planning, you'll barely notice them
