I was fortunate enough to be the first caller, so we got seated right smack in the center of the balcony. Although, all the seats in the balcony are great.

Seating in the balcony is assigned by reservation order. First caller is front and center. There are only two rows of chairs and seating it tight. However, the view can not be beat! If you opt for Riverside seating, it's done in order of check-in on the evening of Fantasmic. Seating is on the first raised level from the river between French Market and Haunted Mansion. Instead of a front in center view like you get in the balcony, you get more of a side view with one of the water screens directly in front of you. Both seating areas are good!

They will call the morning of 30 days out, and your credit card will be charged at that time. You need to give them a credit card number when you give them your request. Good Luck!

Once I have my reservation, I usually let VP know and they add it to my personalized itinerary I get at check-in.
