It could have been Vern, the CM on the double decker bus. He included us in his spiel, making me feel special. It was a nice surprise. CM Ray, the Jungle Cruise skipper was really good and gave us a lot of good laughs and good memories. All the great food including Taste Pilots Grill, Plaza Inn, Carnation Cafe and those yummy MM ice cream bars were an added bonus. Our trip around the Rivers of America on the Mark Twain was very tranquil and relaxing. We had a chance to reflect back on past trips when our boys were little. Again, more sweet memories. I did manage to conquer a "demon" and got to enjoy Soarin this time. It truly is an amazing attraction and should not be missed. We spent some time in Hollywood and visited cemetaries. Many stars are gracing the hills of Hollywood. We also managed to go to Bob's Big Boy in Burbank on a Friday nite to the car show. There were plenty of beautiful classic cars to look at and admire. All in all, this was a great trip and I truly felt the magic. Maybe it was the Hollywood Tower of Terror, or the media coverage of two attractions opening. Or it could have been as we watched and listened to others enjoying the park. The Soundsational Parade was superb, and the fireworks are always a treat. As I look back at the memories we created for our 40th anniversary, I wonder how many others feel the magic. I hope others can capture the same feeling. I am still brushing pixie dust off my shoulders! What an adventure.....

However, 11 years and many things just keep on getting better. Looking forward to the next 11.

He needs his man cave and that is VERY important in maintaining peace. We both have the need for Disney fixes but mine is more severe!
