And finally, as of April 30, all photos remaining on the site will be deleted and will no longer be accessible."

    So....

...If you have treasured photos stored only on an Epson on-line album, retrieve them!

...If you want to view other peoples' Epson travelogues -- LP'ers' photostories of their Big Meet vacations, TDLFAN's travels around the world, etc. -- do it now! Some of the photos contained in those files are priceless, and I'm assuming that not all of us Epson-account-holders will re-post them in new albums.

To visit an album, to to:

    <a href="http://photo.epson.com/visitalbums/" target="_blank">http://photo.epson.com/visital
    bums/</a>

and enter the account-holder's email address.

    Bummer.

I've got big albums from the 2003 and 2004 LP Disneyland Birthday Meets. (And a few small albums of TDLFAN and me touring Detroit.)

I've got travelogues on the site from my Yellowstone vacation.

At least when Yahoo closed their albums, they gave us an option to move the albums to a couple of other services. I moved mine to Snapfish and it's been wonderful! All I had to do was click a couple of links and it was done.

Hi SuzieQ, I really like keeping the captions too. What I usually do is cut and paste each of them to a text document like WordPad or Notepad.

I guess I'll have to mark down myself every album, every photo stored and where to locate them on my pc because I have a quite a few albums on there. And a lot of transfering onto my flashdrive too.

Like DJ, I didn't get a notice either. Guess I've have to start downloading them and put then somewhere else.

    Peeaanuut:

Can I keep and share them with my others on the Peeaanuut Gallery?

I guess Epson wasn't getting enough revenue from printing customers? I must admit I never ordered prints from my account.
